These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web platform for organizing skills and resource sharing within and between communities ("Platform").

1. User-Generated Content and Communications

2.1 To use the Platform, you must register and log in to your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2.2 Certain actions or features, especially those that could potentially harm others, require identity verification. You agree to comply with any verification processes we request.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

3.2 We comply with GDPR and Estonian data protection laws, collecting personal information necessary to provide and improve our services.

4. Premium Features and Payment

4.1 Some features of the Platform require payment and are accessible exclusively to premium users.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 You must comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where activities take place using the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

5.3 You agree to update and maintain accurate profile and account information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 You retain ownership of the content you upload and share via the Platform.

6.2 By posting content, you grant GiveGet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform, consistent with applicable laws.

6.3 We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

7. Platform Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 The Platform acts as a venue to facilitate connections and sharing. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content or user conduct.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveGet disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or from interactions between users.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the Platform.

8.2 You may request reinstatement or appeal suspensions by contacting our support team. Each case is reviewed individually.

8.3 Termination results in loss of access to your account and data stored on the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Estonia.

10. Amendments and Acceptance

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updates on the Platform or sending email notifications.

10.2 Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
